   📝 Create a project

   Name it, set a due date and pick a language. No separate sign-up — entering your email and confirming the code is your account.

   📐 Build your rubric

   Add the graded items straight from your assignment sheet — label, weight (%), notes. Simple manual entry, no PDF parsing involved.

   ✅ Generate tasks

   For each rubric item, create one or more tasks with a due date and an owner. Standalone tasks (not tied to the rubric) work too.

   🔗 Invite your team

   Share the project's join link. Teammates enter their email, confirm a code, and land straight on the board — zero friction.

5. 5

   🗂️ Track it on the board

   Drag tasks across To do / In progress / Done. Overdue tasks are flagged automatically for the whole team to see.
