This is a plain-language explanation of what we keep — not a legal document.
What we collect
Your email address, and the content you add: projects, rubric items, tasks, due dates, and who's assigned to what. That's it.
What we don't collect
- No passwords — login is a code emailed to you
- No name, school, or any other profile field
- No third-party tracking, pixels, or analytics tools
- No file uploads or attachments
Who can see what
Anyone you invite to a project can see everything in it — the rubric, tasks, and who's assigned to what. There are no restricted permissions between members of the same project.
How long we keep things
Login codes are deleted automatically as soon as they're used, or once they expire (~10 minutes). Account and project data is kept as long as your account exists — see deletion below.
Deleting your data
A project's owner can delete it directly in the app (see the "danger zone" at the bottom of the board) — this immediately removes the rubric, tasks, and membership for everyone. For anything else (removing your account entirely, or a project you don't own), email [email protected].
Aggregate stats
We track simple counts (total users, total projects) to measure growth — never individual tracking, no third-party analytics tools.
